APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Please submit the following documents after you sumbit your application, thank you.

• a completed student enrolment form for admission
• a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate / HKID / Passport and page with visa sticker (for non-HK residents)
• a copy of your child’s vaccination record
• 2 passport photos of your child (Within the last 2 months)
• a photocopy of one parent’s’ HKID Card and Passport and page with visa sticker (For non-HK residents)
• HK$970 (Half Day) / HK$1570 (Full Day) registration fee per new student (non-transferrable and non-refundable)
• 2 months deposit cheque made to Maple Bear Hong Kong, payable to: Kresbi HK Limited (School Operating Body)
