We organize this Sports and Fitness program to allow your child to expose themselves to a range of group sports activities, such as basketball, rugby, soccer, gymnastics and athletics, and to help achieve an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age.
Your child will discover the basics of sports and different body movements: throwing, catching, bouncing, kicking and many more. In each session, children play two sports and the sports change each week.
We organize this program with an aim of providing a convenient and fun sports experience to help children get the habit of living an active life and to socialize with other peers through sports.
- Develop physical confidence and co-ordinated body movements
- Improve their physical fitness and wellbeing
- Develop hand-eye co-ordination, ball sense and game sense
All Sports and Fitness Classes are organised and taught by qualified Native English speaking teachers.
